Sunset Russell Island 13 December 2013

I am indeed blessed.

The neighbor cut down two tall trees which immediately gave me a view of the water…

This also gives me a perfect view of the sunset across the water.

A small table placed right in front of the window gives me a beautiful place to sit and ponder the ever changing beauty of the world in front of me.

I wake to the call of the birds and the break of Dawn. Then the start of the sunrise and the colors of the sunrise reflected in the clouds below in the water. In the afternoon the bright sun shines in through the window and then the evening brings the beautiful of the sunset over the sea.

At night I see the stars and the moonlight. I watch the twinkling lights of the stars and try to identify what star I am watching. I see Mars quite clearly..and see it set over the sea as the earth moves always in constant motion. I see this by watching the stars as they change their position.

I watch the birds in the guava tree. This morning a honey eater sat on the branch and looked at me. I see the wasps as they fly around the mud homes they have built in the awnings. It is a beautiful world…

Mostly I watch the sunsets and the sunrises over the sea…
