Mt Hay
There is a fossicking are where you can fossick for your own thunder eggs….Loads of dirt is brought here from the Volcanic area and tourists are invited to try their luck. You get a bucket for washing the stones, and then the shop will cut them for you if you find rocks that are worth cutting….
Both the sunsets and the sunrises are visible from the top of Mt Hay..this is the sunrise..
Only one peacock is left…and the peacock joined me for breakfast..
It is too hot for me to go out in the midday sun and fossick, so I am sitting in my campervan enjoying a small breeze as the day passes…Here at night the sky is full of stars and last night the full moon made the outside look almost like day.
