Stradbroke Ferries goes to Russell Island from Redland Bay Marina.
The cars drive straight onto the ferry and travel to the islands.

The ferry service is run by B.I.T.S (Bay Island Transit System) and departs from Redland Bay. This service is reliable and frequent and is operational 7 days a week 365 days a year. The ferry services four of the Bay Islands including Macleay Island, Karragarra Island, Lamb Island and Russell Island.
The Barge is operated by Stradbroke Ferries. The barge services the Bay Islands and departs from Redland bay approximately every hour on weekdays and about every 2 hours on weekends and public holidays.

Barge and water taxi services run from Toondah Harbour at the end of Middle St, Cleveland.
Coochiemudlo Island
Barges and water taxis run from Victoria Point.
Russell, Karragarra, Lamb and Macleay Islands
Barges and water taxis run from Weinam Creek, Redland Bay.
Weinam Creek comprises a marina and two locked car compounds operated by Council. These compounds are popular with Island residents who work on the mainland and need somewhere secure to leave their cars. The facility also has an open public car park, a public jetty, public boat ramp and a pontoon.
