I attended the Easter Service at St Johns Cathedral in Brisbane.
The congregation filled up every seat provided and the service was inspirational and very beautiful. The boys choir performed some new songs, their voices lifting up to the arches above in glorious harmony.

This Sunday, the sunlight streamed through the stained glass windows above the altar filling the apse with a mysterious light that kept me mesmerized throughout the service. I love the stained glass windows of the Cathedral and for Easter there was a beautiful shimmer of changing color.
Every window in the cathedral is of significance: from the large early 20th century Wheel Window to the collection of William Bustard’s work, and then the later vibrant windows of David Saunders, the Millenium Window designed by Scott Maxwell and made by Warwick Blair and the thought-provoking series of windows designed and made by Glenn Mack. http://www.stjohnscathedral.com.au/cathedral-life/cathedral-guides.html
