Tallest Buildings in Brisbane

As we walked to the Treasury Hotel the new skyscraper being built was right there in front of us. We walked down William Street..where it was located right next to the entrance to the freeway and also Story Bridge…It is Number 1 William street….and the construction is underway…and it will be the tallest Building in Brisbane to be completed in 2017..

There is the 274.3 metres height limit for buildings in the CBD. As of 2013 a review of height limits for city skyscrapers has been requested by Brisbane Lord Mayor to allow construction of buildings over 300 metres above sea level.^[2]

At 260 metres, 1 William Street is the tallest building in Brisbane.
