
The weather in Cairns was cloudy and rainy and quite cold. I took Bus 110 from outside Oasis Swimming pool in front of Cairns Airport and travelled to Clifton Beach. Cost $1.70 when a taxi would have been $80.00. I shared a taxi with two travellers and gave them $20 for the short ride.
Ralph met me at the bus stop and the shopping centre and we feasted on Korean food an sushi before walking home around the corner. Clifton Village is a shopping centre at 55 Endeavour Road off the Captain Cook Highway (16.7648°S 145.6691°E). It is anchored by a Coles supermarket and contains the Clifton Beach Post Office
