Garden and wildlife

Regular visitors to the garden are a flock of Guinea fowl who keep snakes at bay and scuttle around continually on the move. There are black ibises and a very friendly butcher bird. I have seen honey eaters and crows, and magpie geese are around by the water. I have seen the owl flying through the trees as he searches insects blinded by the night light.

There is a huge cashew nut tree next to my house, and a huge mango tree which will be laden soon. There are coconut trees, citrus trees and some beautiful fan palms. All the trees have been planted by the owner and they create beautiful shade areas around the property,
