Finally a day off with no rain, and I went driving to explore the local area where small streams crossed the road, and around are rocks, mostly quartz but I did find what I think is jasper. I was searching for round water polished rocks and there are plenty of them but I also realisedContinue reading “Rocks at Laura Queensland”

Driving to the Tip at Laura
Most properties have their own tip where rubbish is dumped. There are always broken down vehicles and bits of fences and wires and other stuff. I have seen honey eaters and crows, and magpie geese are around by the water. I have seen the owl flying throughContinue reading “Garden and wildlife”
